Nights of Soul - Live Music & Open Mic (Summer Edition)

Back by popular demand, we present Nights of Soul - The Summer Edition!

Nights of Soul is an open mic with live music and a family feel, along with games and opportunities to mingle!

The house band - VVN & The Origin, will open the night with some original songs from VVN and some of our favourite RnB, Soul, Jazz, Neo-soul, Afro-pop and Reggae classics before opening the floor for the open mic section. We will also have a 'live Jukebox' where the audience can choose songs for the band to perform from a set list on the night!

TO SIGN UP FOR THE OPEN MIC, PLEASE PURCHASE AN OPEN MIC TICKET. FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE EMAILED FOLLOWING THIS.

The Band

VVN & The Origin are a 3-6 piece band performing across London and the UK, infusing neo-soul and Jazz classics into a mix of genres.

VVN

Likened to artists such as Lauryn Hill, Lianne La Havas, and Erykah Badu, VVN is a singer/songwriter, spoken word artist, actress, and published poet from London. She has a passion for African-Caribbean culture and history and grounds herself and her music within her identity as a Second-Generation Black British Nigerian Londoner. She blends her love of culture with her passion for story-telling by singing in both English and Igbo while infusing spoken-word into her songs.
